I’m Luke – a twenty something blogger, crossfit enthusiast, foodie and sports mad watcher. With a penchant for lifting heavy and passionate about keeping active, loving life and eating (mostly healthy foods), I firmly believe this helps justify my (slightly obsessive) peanut butter addiction.

While playing a variety of sports growing up I was never the fittest, nor knew the first thing about nutrition. Through trial and error this has been a steep learning curve to creating a better lifestyle, and one that suits me. This blog is a snapshot into all things food, training, living life to the fullest along with random bits and pieces in between.
